To craft it, you need six wool and a stick. There are 16 colors in the game that can be used to dye the wool, respectively, 16 multi-colored flags are available, ready for drawing.
The design on the flag is applied using dye - which is very logical, but there are also stencils into which several game items are turned. A flag, a stencil and a bunch of dye - and you have a design that is not possible if you just use dye.

The first flag has a red triangle and a diamond, on top of which the creeper's head is stenciled.
On the second flag is a daisy with red dye, and on top of it is a vine with green dye.

The final flag has an orange gradient from top to bottom and a wither head with black dye.
