Revelations of Guardian Angels. What to do if you have lost your closest person

This book will change the way you think about death.

And about life...

Renat Garifzyanov

On August 15, 2005, at 5:20 a.m., my fiancee Elena died in a car accident on the Moscow-Rostov highway. The two of us were driving by car from Krasnodar to Moscow. Suddenly, an oncoming BMW suddenly turned into our lane, causing a head-on collision between two cars.

The blow hit the part of the car where Lena was sitting. She died instantly. She was 26 years old. I survived.

The driver of the BMW was found to be at fault for the accident.

Everything happened exactly as the Guardian Angels once predicted.

To be honest, I didn’t want to share this grief with the readers. But after Elena’s death, I kept meeting people who had experienced the same tragedy - the loss of a loved one. There were more and more such people, letters began to arrive from readers with similar questions: a loved one died, why did this happen, where were the Angels looking, could it have been avoided, who is to blame, what to do next?

Previously, this part of life took place somewhat away from me. Or rather, I understood that these people suffered grief, I expressed my sympathy, but I realized how unbearable this pain was only after I myself buried my closest, most beloved person.

All of us, unfortunate people who have lost our loved ones, have one thing in common - no one knows how to continue to live STILL.

In an instant, the world around you changes so much that there is simply no place left for your former happiness, joy and tranquility. It is unclear how to live further. And the most important thing is that I don’t really want to live, there’s no point.

The worst thing: people who had lost loved ones began to feel that everything that happened was not just like that, it was a manifestation of the wrath of God. No one can understand what and how they angered the Almighty. Why were their loved ones taken away from them, what kind of punishment is this? Where's the justice? And if God exists, then why does He allow such cruelty and heartlessness? Why does He always take the best ones ahead of time? Where is there any logic here?

I’ll say right away: it was probably a little easier for me to survive everything that happened than for other people. Because I believe in the existence of the afterlife, I believe in the immortality of the soul, because I have a connection with the Heavenly world through Lyubov Ivanovna. The angels explained everything in great detail - why people die so early, what is the reason, what happens next, what is the meaning of everything that happened.

First of all, this book is intended for those who, like me, have lost a loved one.

May God grant that after reading this book you feel better in your soul and your pain in your heart calms down.

Previous books have already told us that from Heaven, the death of a person looks completely different than from Earth.

It's like a sailboat at sea. If you look at it from below, from the bottom, you see a gloomy wooden body, covered with algae and shells; if you look at it from above, from Heaven, you see snow-white sails and slender masts, a bird flying on the waves.

Try to change your perspective, raise your consciousness from the depths to the heights, stop looking from below at the bottom of the ship of your life and thinking that this is the whole ship. Take a look at the ship from above, understand its true size and real beauty.

I’ll add one more thing: all the events, all the people described in this book are real. There is no fiction, everything is strictly documentary.

It is impossible to pass by your destiny

"You'll recognize her by her eyes"

Background

I have never talked about my personal life in a book before. Everything was so good for me that I was afraid of somehow jinxing this happiness.

I, of course, thought that someday I would tell the whole world about this, but it always seemed to me that it was too early.

Now that time has come.

In 1998, at one of my first meetings with Lyubov Panova, I asked a question that was important to me:

What awaits me in my personal life?

Lyubasha perked up (she loves questions related to her personal life: emotions, love - this is her element). She twirled the coin in the mirror and said:

You will meet an extraordinary girl. You will be incredibly happy.

I blossomed like a May rose. To be honest, I didn’t expect any other answer and for some reason I was always confident that everything would be wonderful in my personal life.

I asked a clarifying question:

How will this acquaintance happen?

This time Lyubasha spun the coin on the mirror for a very long time, I even began to think about the fact that, probably, not all questions can be asked to the Guardian Angels. Finally Lyuba answered:

The acquaintance will take place in the south. You will walk down the street, she will sit on a bench. You will see her, come up and meet her...

For about ten seconds I silently digested this message - some street, a bench, I’m walking, she’s sitting... Somewhere in the south. I asked a completely natural question:

And how will I recognize her?

Lyuba responded instantly:

They say it's in the eyes. You will feel it.

I thought even harder. Somehow everything is too vague - you can tell by the eyes...

What if I look in the other direction, what if I can’t determine at first glance that the girl of my destiny is sitting in front of me, what if she turns to the side and doesn’t look at me, what if she sits with her back to me, what if I walk on the other side streets or I’ll go for a walk on the wrong day...

You never know what can happen! A million “suddenly” things can happen!

And then what?

Could it happen that many years later the Angels will tell me: “It’s your own fault. In such and such a year, you passed by the girl of your destiny, looked at her, did not feel anything, and moved on. What other questions might there be?

It became unclear to me - does my happiness really depend on such an accident as a successful meeting on the street somewhere in the south? Where is the guarantee that everything will happen exactly as the Guardian Angels say?

I decided to clarify:

What if I pass by?

My noticeable excitement was transmitted to Lyubasha. She again began to rotate the coin on the mirror, then answered briefly:

They say you won't pass by.

I silently looked at Lyuba, trying to understand the reason for such taciturnity.

Chapter 1
It is impossible to pass by your destiny

"You'll recognize her by her eyes"

Background

I have never talked about my personal life in a book before. Everything was so good for me that I was afraid of somehow jinxing this happiness.

I, of course, thought that someday I would tell the whole world about this, but it always seemed to me that it was too early.

Now that time has come.

In 1998, at one of my first meetings with Lyubov Panova 1
Lyubov Panova is a woman who can hear the voices of the dead, who can predict the future.

I asked a question that was important to me:

– What awaits me in my personal life?

Lyubasha perked up (she loves questions related to her personal life: emotions, love - this is her element). She twirled the coin in the mirror and said:

– You will meet an extraordinary girl. You will be incredibly happy.

I blossomed like a May rose. To be honest, I didn’t expect any other answer and for some reason I was always confident that everything would be wonderful in my personal life.

I asked a clarifying question:

– How will this acquaintance happen?

This time Lyubasha spun the coin on the mirror for a very long time, I even began to think about the fact that, probably, not all questions can be asked to the Guardian Angels. Finally Lyuba answered:

– The acquaintance will take place in the south. You will walk down the street, she will sit on a bench. You will see her, come up and meet her...

For ten seconds I silently digested this message - some street, a bench, I’m walking, she’s sitting... Somewhere in the south. I asked a completely natural question:

- How will I recognize her?

Lyuba responded instantly:

- They say it's in the eyes.

- What if I pass by?

My noticeable excitement was transmitted to Lyubasha. She again began to rotate the coin on the mirror, then answered briefly:

“They say you won’t pass by.”

I silently looked at Lyuba, trying to understand the reason for such taciturnity.

Lyubasha shrugged:

- They don't say anything else.

“She will have the character you want.”

I started asking leading questions:

- How do I recognize her? For example, what will she look like? What kind of character will she be?

Lyuba turned to the mirror again. The answer struck me with its simplicity and versatility.

- They say this - as Renat wants, that’s how she will look. Whatever character he wants, that’s what he will be.

After these words I was somewhat confused. In principle, a very competent and correct wish - indeed, I can only love the girl who resembles the ideal image that I have in my head.

But do such ideal girls really exist in nature? And is it really that simple?

I continued to find out:

– In which south will I meet her? The south is big. In what city?

- In Krasnodar.

- And when?

– After you write your first book...

I thought:

- What is the connection here? What is this - a contract? I’ll write a book, and for this they’ll give me an acquaintance with a girl, and if I don’t write it, then there won’t be any acquaintance... So, what?

Lyubasha turned to the mirror again:

“They say there is no connection.” The books are on their own, the girl is on her own. You will write a book in any case and you will also meet a girl in any case. This is your destiny. It’s just that the order in life is like this – first the book, and then the girl.

My brain was working at some feverish speed.

- No. Until she meets you, she will have no idea about books or you.

I couldn't stand it here:

– Can’t you just say the girl’s name and her age?

There was a long pause again, Lyubasha worked some magic on the mirror and finally said:

- They usually never say such things... Her name is Lena. At the time of the meeting she will be 22 years old.

The flow of my questions never stopped:

– Do I have to feel it? Could it be that she recognizes me first?

- No. You will recognize her and approach her. She will understand who you are only after some time.

I felt somehow uneasy. That is, it turns out that all responsibility lies entirely with me. Somewhere in Krasnodar, which I have never been to in my life, on some street I will need to recognize my girlfriend at first sight.

Lyubasha, sensing my anxiety, said soothingly:

- They say that not everyone is given this - to find love at first sight. But that's how it will be for you. At first glance, and nothing else. You can do it. They will tell you at the right time.

I breathed a sigh of relief. I knew it. That is, at the right moment, They will still warn me in advance. Through Lyuba, of course. Then, of course, you can be calm.

Lyubasha continued:

- They say that you yourself will feel a hint from Them in your heart.

I scratched my head. The heart, of course, tells a lot. Just go figure out which of these clues are true and which are false...

Okay, well at least they said the name. And age. With such data you feel more confident. Although, naturally, she will not sit on the street with a sign: “I am Lena.” How can I determine which of the girls on the streets of Krasnodar is my one and only?

Not so simple

The acquaintance, however, did not take place on the street, but in my newspaper office in Moscow. But outwardly the girl seemed to fit my beauty standards. Pleasant, elegant blonde with a wonderful figure.

But there was one “but”... To call the character of this girl ideal, in my opinion, would be a serious sin against the truth. She was too energetic, assertive, and independent. She in no way aroused in me any desire to show male concern for her.

Just in case, I began to show interest in her - who knows, maybe I don’t hear my heart well enough? Who can explain exactly how true love at first sight differs from temporary love at first sight?

Subconsciously, I felt that this particular girl was not my option. The more I got to know her, the more convinced I was that I was right.

Naturally, I asked the Angels through Lyuba about this girl. Lyuba cast a spell on the mirror and said:

“They say let him talk.” His heart itself will tell him.

My heart told me that my fears were not in vain.

After some time, another acquaintance unexpectedly surfaced in my mind - naturally, also Lena, again 22 years old and with the appropriate appearance.

As per order.

And again the Angels answered the same:

– Let him communicate and listen to his heart.

The second time the heart's prompts were easier to hear. That's not mine.

Then it went on and on. Contrary to all the laws of probability, for some reason I began to come across on my life’s path exclusively 22-year-old girls with the name Elena. It was as if girls with other names did not exist in nature.

Such a coincidence could not be a simple coincidence. The angels have said more than once that nothing happens by chance, every little thing matters.

Apparently, this is how I was trained, forcing me to listen to my heart every time.

Now it became clear to me why the Angels do not like to tell people the name of their future half. The imagination runs so wild that any owner of this particular name begins to seem many times better and more attractive. It's easy to make a mistake.

“You will move from Moscow to Krasnodar and meet her...”

In September 1999, Lyuba unexpectedly told me:

– Renat, the Angels advise you to move from Moscow to Krasnodar. There it will be easier for you to write books, and there you will meet your destiny.

To be honest, I didn’t doubt it for a moment. There was a powerful conviction within me that I needed to do just that. For more than a year now I have been regularly communicating with the Angels, work on the first book was in full swing, I knew that They could not advise anything bad.

I arrived in Krasnodar, rented a two-room apartment in the city center on Lenin Street (now Sobornaya). Then he moved all his things from Moscow.

Work on the first book, Inception, was already coming to an end (pardon the pun). I lived only for this book, I worked on it day and night, I slept and dreamed of a new, freshly printed volume with a blue cover. For me, moving to Krasnodar was quite natural.

To my surprise, this act caused utter shock to ALL my Moscow acquaintances. If a person leaves an established life in the capital and goes to an empty place in the province for no apparent reason, then most likely the matter could not have happened without hypnosis.

When I visited Moscow on visits, I saw surprise and pity in the eyes of my acquaintances. When I began to talk about fate, about the fact that I would meet the girl I loved, and great fame as a writer, something akin to irony and regret began to creep into the eyes of my interlocutors.

They later told me that behind my back they began to call me a sectarian who had fallen under the influence of hypnosis.

I just listened to my heart.

My friend Sergei moved to Krasnodar with me (he had his own motives for moving - troubles in Moscow).

For his part, he also strongly believed in the predictions of the Angels. In the first days, when we went out for walks on the streets of Krasnodar, he kept pushing me on the shoulder: “Look, there’s a pretty girl coming. Maybe it's her? Take a closer look..."

It should be noted that Sergei and I’s tastes regarding girls differed quite a lot, so the options he chose did not make me feel anything other than a smile. He liked girls who were energetic, independent, self-confident, leaders in life; on the contrary, I was attracted to girls who were calm and romantic. In the end I could not stand it and said:

– Serge, it’s me who needs to feel my version. It is me personally, and not anyone else... No one except me can know my fate better than I myself.

In the first months of my life in Krasnodar, while walking along the streets of the city, I carefully looked at the faces of all the girls I met, especially those who were sitting on benches.

The heart remained stubbornly silent and never even skipped a beat.

“You can buy an apartment in the city you want...”

Meanwhile, things in Krasnodar were not going quite as I had imagined at first.

I had to go through many difficulties. After living in Krasnodar for a year and a half, I began to seriously think about moving back to Moscow. There was no longer a trace left of the original romantic mood. The more I thought about life, the more I came to the conclusion that my future was entirely connected with Moscow.

My stay in Krasnodar began to weigh heavily on me. When I asked the Angels through Lyuba: “What is my future, what city will I live in, where will I buy an apartment?” – then I received the standard answer:

– You will buy an apartment in the city you want... And you will live there.

Such a vague answer did not satisfy me, so I continued to torture:

– Will I live in Krasnodar?

Lyubasha moved the coin for a long time, then answered briefly:

- They say no.

That is, Krasnodar is only a temporary stop in my life. I remembered how, at the very first meeting with Lyuba in June 1998, the Angels answered the same question: “You will live in Moscow.”

I didn’t see the point of being in Krasnodar. The city is lovely, but by my standards very quiet and small. I really missed life in the capital.

I shared my thoughts with Lyuba that it would probably be better for me to return to Moscow, to a city close to me in spirit.

The prediction came true

On the same day, March 25, 2001 (I remember this date very well), Sergei and I were walking along the main street of Krasnodar - Krasnaya - and making plans for the future. We resolved the issue of moving to Moscow and discussed many household details.

After the decision was made to return to Moscow, Krasnodar immediately dimmed in my eyes and became some kind of alien, foreign city.

Sergei and I walked down the street, not paying any attention to the surrounding girls. The mood was absolutely unromantic.

Unbeknownst to ourselves, we wandered into Pionersky Park (the central public garden opposite the regional administration of the Krasnodar Territory). And when we were walking along a side alley, I accidentally noticed two girls sitting on a bench out of the corner of my eye.

Something caught my attention. The eyes of one of the girls seemed somehow special to me. More precisely, not even her eyes - having noticed me, the girl immediately looked away to the side - I saw her face for literally a split second, but suddenly something fluttered in my heart.

Without slowing down, we walked past. After walking twenty steps, I said to Sergei:

- We need to approach the girls.

- Which ones?

“They were sitting on a bench to our right, didn’t you notice?”

- We need to come over. It seems she is.

- What are you talking about? – my companion was amazed. - Seriously? Are you talking about that Lena?

He was surprised. In a year and a half of living in Krasnodar, this was the first time that I so openly reminded him of that prediction and suggested that he approach the girl.

- You are sure? Have you seen her before? We passed quickly, but you didn’t really take a good look at her...

“I don’t know, Serge, but for some reason I’m sure it’s her.” Let's come over.

We returned back to the girls, sat down on a bench with them, and started talking.

The more I looked at her, the more convinced I was that she was my chosen one. I liked absolutely everything about her - her face, eyes, hair, lips, gaze, eyelashes. She remained silent, hid her eyes, was noticeably embarrassed, occasionally glanced briefly in my direction and practically did not participate in the conversation. Her talkative friend was responsible for both.

I had imagined this meeting in my mind many times before. I thought that if I saw her, I would look closely for a long time, listen to my heart. When I understand that it is she, I will gather my courage and come up. Naturally, I will probably be very worried. Worrying if she'll like me. I'll probably talk all sorts of nonsense in a fever.

When a guy really likes a girl, then for some reason the usual ease of communicating with ladies instantly disappears somewhere. When a young lady does not evoke strong emotions, then you communicate easily, without problems.

I imagined many times what exactly I would say to her at the first meeting. I came up with various beautiful, as it seemed to me, phrases, words filled with special, subtle meaning.

In fact, at the right moment, all my home preparations were completely erased from memory. I sat next to her, silently admired her unearthly beauty, and an extraordinary lightness and emptiness reigned in my head.

As it turned out later, my future bride liked my restraint and calmness most of all when we first met.

“My girlfriend and I never meet on the streets. Olya, my friend, she is such a fighter that she will instantly send anyone away. And then, I don’t know why, they relaxed. You somehow approached so calmly and didn’t scare us.”

Everything in life turned out completely differently than I had imagined. I only had a couple of seconds to notice my fate as we walked past without slowing down. After a few more seconds, I decided to return. I sat down next to her, not even thinking about what I was going to talk about now. He was silent not because of his confidence, but because there was not a single sensible thought in his head.

Everything happened fully automatically. As if not with me. It was as if someone was whispering the right words into my ears.

– Your name is probably Lena?

Hearing my question, she turned in my direction in surprise:

- Yes, Lena. How do you know?

– I just like this name.

I wasn't even surprised by her answer. I would be surprised if she had a different name. And the age, naturally, was appropriate - 22 years.

I sat on a bench and could not believe the reality of what was happening. It turns out that the Angels described to me three years ago not some abstract supposed acquaintance, but precisely this situation!

How is this possible?!

I suggested getting up and taking a walk, everyone agreed and got up. When I took Elena by the arm, Sergei whispered in my ear:

- Did you like this one? I thought it was different.

All evening Sergei did not take his loving eyes off Lenin’s friend Olya. She was just his type - energetic, combative, perky, seductive.

I smiled to myself at how different people’s views still are. No one can feel like a soul mate for you. This is how the world works that in any case you will have to seek your destiny personally.

The next day I invited Lena to a restaurant. We spent the whole evening together, then walked along the street at night, kissed at the crossroads, and cars drove around us honking. We didn't notice anything or anyone around us.

When, at the first opportunity, I asked the Angels through Lyubasha about Lena, I naturally received the standard answer:

- Let him talk. And he will listen to his heart... - And they added: - If he wants to know for sure, for sure, let him go and look at Lenin’s mother, and everything will be clear to him right away.

The mention of my mother alarmed me somewhat.

– What should I see there?

Lyuba spread her hands:

- Do not speak. Let him go. He will see for himself, he will understand everything immediately.

Looking ahead, I’ll say right away: indeed, as soon as I saw Lenin’s mother, I immediately understood everything. Sweet, calm woman, charming. Exactly the same as Lena herself. More precisely, Lena grew up just like her mother.

In the future, during all the years of our life together with Lena, her mother never tried to get involved in our relationship, did not try to give any advice or at least in some way show her power. It seemed to me that she was afraid to even breathe in our direction.

This was exactly what I dreamed of.

Later, of course, I told Lena that our meeting had been predicted three years in advance. She was naturally surprised:

- How did you recognize me right away?

– You look like my ideal image.

-What kind of image is this?

I smiled:

– Tall, slender blonde with long hair!

Now it was Lenin’s turn to smile.

– Do you even remember what I looked like at the first meeting? I had brown hair, short hair, I was wearing a coat and sitting on a bench. When did you manage to see all this in me?

I was even confused. Indeed, that’s exactly what happened. In fact, at the first meeting, I didn’t have time to see anything else except her eyes. But this was enough.

Eyes say much more about a person than clothes and hairstyle.

A passport is the main document identifying a citizen. If it falls into the hands of fraudsters in the event of loss or theft, this will threaten its owner with serious troubles, so it is necessary to report the loss of the passport and begin the process of restoring it as soon as possible.

Legal instructions on the site will tell you what to do if you lose your passport.

What are the consequences of losing your passport?

In addition to the red tape associated with document restoration, which can take up to two months, there are other problems that can result from the loss of a passport. If an outstanding document falls into the hands of fraudsters on time, then trouble will inevitably follow. There are a lot of ways for criminals to use a lost passport. They can apply for a large loan on your passport and in more than one bank. You will find out about this when, after some time, collectors contact you and demand that you repay the debt. The website contains more than a hundred questions from citizens who have suffered from fraudulent activities using a stolen passport. It can be used to purchase a SIM card with the “debt conversation” option, and then this debt will be presented to the owner of the document with which the SIM card was purchased. Your passport could also be planted at a crime scene, or even sold to a criminal with a similar appearance, who will use it while living under your name. Such cases also happen.

Losing your passport: first steps

To avoid the troubles described above, you need to report the loss of your passport as soon as possible. If the passport was stolen, then this must be done at the nearest police department, where you will write a statement, according to which a case will be initiated, and the passport will be put on the wanted list. However, you should not wait until your passport is found and transferred to the lost property office or the FMS department. The police will give you a notification coupon, with which you need to go to the FMS office at the place of registration, where they will cancel the lost document and issue you a temporary identity card, starting the process of passport restoration.

If your passport was lost due to carelessness, you must immediately go to the FMS. If the migration service department does not work during right time, then you can also contact the police to record the fact of loss. To do this, you will have to give an explanation, in return for which you will be given the same notification coupon. It must be stored for as long as possible. In case of trouble, this will be additional evidence that the passport was really lost and you did not use it.

What documents are needed to renew a passport?

To restore a lost passport, you must provide to the FMS department a receipt paid at Sberbank for payment of the state duty for the loss of the passport (500 rubles), four photographs measuring 35 x 45 mm on a white background, where the person will occupy at least 80% of the space, as well as an explanation of the circumstances of the loss . At the passport office you also need to take an extract of registration at your place of residence. In addition, it is necessary to provide copies and originals of all documents confirming additional marks in the passport: marriage or divorce certificate, child’s birth certificate, military ID, international passport. And finally, if the passport was lost due to carelessness, pay a fine of 300 rubles.

After submitting these documents to the FMS, you will be issued a temporary identity card, which can be used during the renewal of your passport. For example, you can use it to buy plane and train tickets. The production of a passport will take from 10 days to several months, depending on who and when the lost passport was issued. If the document was issued by the same department of the Federal Migration Service that is responsible for the restoration, then the process will be quick; if you have to send requests to other regions, then the new passport will not be ready earlier than a month or two.

What to do if you have lost your passport abroad: where to go, who to contact, necessary documents.

Losing your passport abroad is unpleasant, but not fatal. You are not the first and not the last to whom such a story happened, so the scheme for sending foreign citizens home in all tourist cities has already been worked out. So what to do? First of all, stop panicking.

Go to the police

If you are abroad and your documents, including your passport, have been stolen, you should contact the local police as soon as possible. It is unlikely that they will find a passport, but they will provide a temporary identity card. The police will tell you how to write a statement, make a copy of it and certify it. Ask for two copies: present one at the embassy, and the second will be useful to the Federal Migration Service upon returning to your homeland when you renew your passport. Moreover, if we're talking about about theft, not loss, you will make a list of the stolen items and you will be informed of your rights, also in writing.

Collect evidence

Before going to the embassy, find out exactly what documents will be required to restore your identity card.

Options are possible, but usually the set is standard:

  • two photos;
  • a Russian passport, its certified copy, a driver’s license, a hunting license or a library card - any document that contains your name, photograph and some kind of stamp;
  • electronic copies of the international passport and Russian passport (in case you are great and made them on the eve of the trip);

You can notarize a Russian passport directly at the embassy, for a fee (in Barcelona it costs about 41 EUR per page), or from a Russian notary.

If you have nothing to show the embassy other than photographs, a statement to the police and your word of honor, then there is an option as a last resort. Two witnesses must come with you - two compatriots with Russian passports, who will confirm that you are you. Ideally, these should be your relatives, friends or acquaintances, but you can persuade any compatriots if they do not say that you met half an hour ago.

If there are no volunteers, you will have to call your friends in Russia and ask them to send you by fax or e-mail a copy of your passport and go get it certified.

Go to the embassy

There is the following difficulty here. Embassies are usually located in capitals and large cities. If you happen to be left without a passport in some remote village, you will have to get out from there to the big city on your own. You won't be allowed on planes or trains without a passport, only buses and cars remain. If your driver’s license was also stolen, then only as a passenger, alas.

Keep in mind that embassies are usually open from morning to afternoon and may not be open every day. For example, in Spain, in Barcelona, the Embassy's opening hours are from 10:00 to 13:30, and in Bonn from 10:00 to 12:00. There is no need to make an appointment at the embassy, since the loss of documents is quite an emergency situation, and they will receive you without a queue.

If everything is in order with the documents, a certificate of the right to return to your homeland will be issued to you on the same day within a few hours, and you will present it at the airport at passport control on your way home. Keep in mind that this certificate is valid for 14 days, so if you came for a long vacation and lost your passport on the first day, you should start restoring it no earlier than 2 weeks before departure.

Go to the Federal Migration Service

Upon returning to Russia, you will need to go to the Federal Migration Service, which issued you a foreign passport. Even if your passport was stolen abroad, it is recommended to say that you lost it or drowned it at sea. By law, the police have three months to find the thief and return the original to you, so you'll have to wait. A lost passport is restored within 10-14 days.
