If you are trying to get into the storage through the mailbox, then the item you are looking for should be looked for in the top menu or in the drop-down list of Yandex services that appears when you click the icon in the upper left corner.
You can not bother with the search for links at all, but simply enter the url-address https://disk.yandex.ru/client/disk into the address bar of the browser and follow it.
The service is designed to store all kinds of data - audio and video content, text documents, etc. You can access them from any device connected to the Internet, on which you log into your Yandex account.
