The driver can specify his work schedule (for example, from 10:00 to 18:00), then orders will only arrive during this time interval, even if the Robot is on all day. DO NOT FORGET ABOUT THE SETTINGS MADE!

IT IS NOT NEEDED TO CONFIGURE A ROBOT in Taximeter, it is already optimally configured for all drivers.

ROBOT in the application is always on.

DISTANCE AND TIME OF SERVICE IS NOT NECESSARY TO SPECIFY, in each city, they are already configured by Yandex automatically and optimally.

  1. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION AND RECEIVING ORDERS IN YANDEX.TAXIMETER

Most drivers do just that, within 5-10 shifts they increase their Performance Index to 80-100 points, and then act on their own. And even if the driver received an order by mistake, and then abandoned it, the "Execution Index" will decrease, but will no longer affect the number of incoming orders, because its parameter is very high.

For example, the driver's Execution Index was 100 points, if he refuses the order, it will drop to 90 points, but he will not “go away” in the negative.

SO:

  1. Need to accept more than 60% of orders, otherwise access to the service will be temporarily suspended.

(Attention, you are taking few orders! If you refuse a large number of orders (> 60%), you may be temporarily blocked.) This message means that you are close to being banned. Follow all the proposed orders, do not miss.

DURING WORK it is better to be closer to the city center, or in your driver's application you can navigate on the map, which shows in which areas the largest receipt of orders.

  1. Each order is shown the driver 10-20 seconds, depending on the situation in the city. Quickly make a decision: take the order, or refuse.

Yandex.Taximeter provides protection against accidental decrease in indicators:

if the driver has not accepted three orders in a row, the "Busy" status is activated.

The taximeter thinks that you are distracted or busy.

If the situation is under control, simply turn On Line again.

CANCELING an already accepted order still highly undesirable And lowers EXECUTION INDEX.

The bottom line is this: If yesterday (for example), the Driver received 19 orders, of which the Driver completed only 6 orders, canceled 9 orders, and 4 orders were canceled by the client. 3. How to avoid being charged commission on a canceled order

When the free waiting time ends, contact the client and check if he received information about what you are already waiting for. Remind the client to hurry if they don't want to pay for the wait.

If 5 minutes of waiting have passed, and the client still has not left, you can cancel the order through the dispatcher without losing performance.

Attention! The period of free waiting for a passenger for all tariffs, except for port orders, "Express" and "Business", is up to 5 minutes.

There is no waiting fee in case of order cancellation.

ATTENTION! OPTION "SERVICES" not available in the driver app.

According to the rules of "Yandex" "SERVICES" notes the Client when ordering a car on his mobile device. If they are marked by the client, then they are respectively included in the cost of the order. If the Client has not marked the desired services, they are not included in the cost of the order. In this situation, you must ask the client to indicate them in his mobile or offer to pay for services in cash.

Tariffs and prices for services are visible only in the client's application, they are NOT in the driver's application.

10.IMPORTANT INDICATORS OF THE DRIVER IN THE SYSTEM "YANDEX.TAXIMETER"

EXECUTION INDEX

Each YANDEX.TAXI driver has there is an important indicator of completed orders "EXECUTION INDEX". When the driver gets to work « EXECUTION INDEX is 0, ROBOT is allowed. For each canceled order, the "PERFORMANCE INDEX" is reduced by MINUS 7 POINTS. If the value of "EXECUTION INDEX" is below "0", i.e. it becomes with a minus value (for example, minus 1), the driver turns off the ROBOT. In this case, it is necessary to take orders manually and avoid cancellations. Once the EXECUTION INDEX becomes positive, the ROBOT will be enabled.

"EXECUTION INDEX" in the current version is not available on the device of the driver, now the percentage of accepted orders has a greater impact.

IF "PERFORMANCE INDEX" REACHES MINUS 50 POINTS The driver will be automatically blocked by the system and will no longer be able to work in YANDEX.TAXIMETER, even if he registers in another taxi fleet. When moving to another taxi fleet, all driver indicators are saved and remain unchanged. The system is one. For each completed order, the "EXECUTION INDEX" is increased by 1 point. The maximum value of the INDEX is 100 points.

After each trip, passengers evaluate the quality on a five-point scale. The “RATING” of a beginner is usually 4.2. The maximum "RATING" of the driver is 5 points. If the "RATING" value is below "4", the driver will be blocked for 60 days.

The driver can find out the value of the parameter in the “RATING” tab in the TAXIMETER, or the “Man” image on the left side of the screen of the “Taximeter” Program.

ACTIVITY

This indicator depends on the number of completed orders in the category "Economy" and "Espress". If the driver fulfills more than 35 orders per week, he receives 1 point.

  1. HOW TO AVOID PROBLEMS WITH NON-CASH PAYMENT FOR ORDERS?

It is unacceptable to keep a passenger in the cabin until the debiting of the non-cash payment is confirmed.

During this time, the system will have time to contact the bank.

If there are not enough funds on the passenger's account, the form of payment will change to cash, and then you will have time to prepare for the calculation, taking into account the changes.

If the order has not changed to cash and payment for a non-cash order has not been received, the Yandex rules are as follows:

In Yandex.Taxi, passengers can pay both in cash and by card. Sometimes it happens that the client leaves the car, and instead of a non-cash payment, you receive a message that the order has been submitted for moderation. There is no need to worry, Yandex will compensate the cost of the completed order, even if the money cannot be debited from the passenger's account.

For the first 5 days, Yandex will try to receive funds from the client's card. If during this period they do not arrive at your personal program account, our Taxi Fleet sends an Application for compensation by order to Yandex, a corresponding notification will appear in your Taximeter.

Unfortunately, Yandex does not accept such applications from drivers directly, since all financial relationships can only be carried out between legal entities - Yandex.Taxi and Taxopark

PROMO CODE. WHAT IT IS?

YANDEX.TAXI distributes PROMO CODES (DISCOUNT COUPONS) among customers. When placing an order, the client can apply a PROMO CODE. Each promotional code has its own face value, which can be used to pay for the order in full or only part of it. If the face value of the promo code is more than the amount of the trip, the client will not need to pay anything extra. If the cost is higher, the passenger will pay extra from a bank card linked to his account. In any case, the amount of the trip will be credited to your balance - as in the case of a regular order with a non-cash payment.

The only thing you should not do in any case is to demand payment in cash. Only if the passenger's card cannot be debited, the payment method will automatically change to cash. In this case, the Taximeter will display payment "Cash".
Also, if the client did not apply the promo code when placing an order, you need to correctly explain the unfortunate misunderstanding and offer to pay for the next trip with the promo code.

Orders with payment by promotional codes are distributed among drivers, like all other orders, there are no priorities.

  1. IF NO ORDERS - CHECK THE SETTINGS:
  1. DO YOU ACCEPT MORE THAN 60% OF ORDERS?

Remember that it is important to accept more than 60% of orders, otherwise access to the service will be temporarily suspended.

2. DO YOU CANCEL A LOT?

If you have already accepted an order, cancel it only as a last resort - this affects the distribution of orders in the future. Your Fulfillment Index will drop, resulting in fewer orders for you.

3. STATUS "BUSY"

Check - you may have enabled the "Busy" status.

Perhaps you often change Statuses: “On the line” - “Busy”, “On the line - “Busy”, etc.

Additionally, the Taximeter provides protection against accidental decrease in performance. It works like this: if the driver has not accepted three orders in a row, the Busy status is turned on. The taximeter thinks that you are distracted or busy. If the situation is under control, simply turn On Line again.

4. NO INTERNET

When taking orders by phone, remember that the Internet does not work during a call and the signal will be interrupted. If the signal suddenly disappears, turn on Airplane mode, wait a few seconds and turn it off, check if there is Internet and if Geolocation is turned on.

  1. CHECK GPS (module that receives signals from navigation satellites).

If GPS signal transmission is disabled, orders will not be received.

"Connected"- this means the letters "GPS" should be green, blue, red, etc.

GPS may not work: 1. There is no "GPS" in your phone at all. 2. "GPS" is disabled in your phone settings, please check. 3. You are in a shielded area, indoors (in this situation, put the phone on a window sill, for example) or if you are outdoors (you need to change the location). IN ALL OF THE ABOVE CASES, THE SYSTEM WILL NOT SEE THE DRIVER'S LOCATION AND THEREFORE, NO ORDERS WILL BE RECEIVED.

If, nevertheless, this situation has occurred, and you have in the tab "RESERVE" Completed but Incomplete Orders You need to call Tech. support and ask to complete the order by providing its address and amount. The driver himself will not be able to complete the order in the "Reserve" tab.

  1. CHECK THE VERSION OF THE PROGRAM.

  1. WHAT IS DCC AND BSO?

The Yandex.Taximeter program includes DKK (Remote Quality Control)

Every 3 days, the system will offer to take a photo of the car, interior, BSO (or in our case, the Credit Cash Order).

DCC is a must, and it is better not to cancel it very often, otherwise Yandex will temporarily block you.

At the first DCC You may not have a BSO, and go through the DCC without a form. But, within 3 days, you MUST purchase a BSO, and take a picture at the next DCC.

Photos of the car must be clear, without cut corners of the car, car roof, etc.

In order to take a photo of the CAR'S INTERIOR, first open its front door, step back half a meter, take a photo of the front seats, then open the back door, step aside, take a photo of the rear seats. During the dark time of the day, when photographing the interior, it is necessary to turn on the overhead light in the cabin.

If a DCC request is received at night, it must be done in a well-lit area. For example, at a gas station, car wash or at a shopping center.

Write your home address in the window that opens. You do not need to do this every day - the system will remember your data from the first time.

"Home" lights up yellow? This means that now you will receive only those orders that will allow you to move towards home.

Twice a day, you can take advantage of the offer to go home with orders. If you missed both notifications, you will have to wait until the option is available again.

There are only two statuses in Taximeter: "Busy" and "On Line".
To stop receiving orders, just click "Busy". If you select the "On line" status, potentially convenient orders will be offered. You can now enable and disable the available tariff in the "Categories" tab.

Take orders
Turn on "On line" and you will be offered potentially convenient orders (only at speeds less than 80 km / h). Try to do them all.
Click Accept. If the order came "in the back" do not wait until 10 seconds pass, click "Skip" immediately. This will have an impact on the number of accepted orders, so you can not do this often.

It is important to accept more than 60% of orders.
Cancellation of an already accepted order is highly undesirable and may be the reason for the lack of orders. The exceptions are some non-standard situations and cases when the passenger changed his mind to go.
